    Hi guys , I can’t paddle tomorrow so have a good one. It’s probably way to big but my boat is available. Can drop off tonight if needed.

    Having a structured pool session when busy is a great idea. Rolling , support strokes , rescues . means more people involved , progressing quicker and moving onto the river. In theory creating more space back in the pool.

    After a break from the sport most of my short term goals have been reached in the short time I’ve been with the club , previous ability and skills are fast returning .
    Longer term goals are
    revisit my coaching past
    more surf and sea
    Scotland
    Alpine water
    and for something not done before , the Gamlan
