It would be extremely rude of me to not attend what sounds like a great weekend. I am in Geoff 😉

Looks like another great “Wombles” day out, sorry I missed it. Only good thing about me not being there is it kept the average age down lol ! I hope to be out Saturday Guy’s and Girls, it depends on what Tyler has planned for his Birthday ?
I am really getting withdrawal symptoms. I did have a nice couple of hours with Paul at Mile End on Wednesday and the weather was excellent. 😉

    Gent’s,
I have been in touch with Bagnol, campsite, they don’t allow large groups usually, but I have explained that we are all professional folk having a Club weekend kayaking, the Guy is fine with this. Dependant on the time you are all setting off, when you arrive at the site drive along the lane approximately 200 metres the field we will pitch in is on the left as you approach the large wooden building which is elevated. This building houses the office, 2 shower blocks with toilets and a kitchen area at the rear. If no one is in the office it is normal practice to pitch up and book in when the office reopens.
I am picking Rob and Shane up around 14-30pm on Friday and am happy to meet anyone at Dobbies on the A5 at Shrewsbury around 15-30pm, the journey from Dobbies will take approx 2 hours 20 mins dependant on traffic, this is at a reasonably steady pace. The Police are particularly active all the way along this road and often have several strategically placed mobile speed cameras placed near the approach to the villages we pass through. If anyone needs any further detail I will be at the pool Thursday night but won’t be paddling. Cheers ;-0

Another thought Guy’s if we know numbers going Friday, would you like me to prepare something for dinner for us so we don’t have to faf around Friday night.I could make a Chilli and we could have rice etc which can be cooked when there, could just do with any ideas and number of bodies please.

    😉

A really fantastic day as you say Rich, so many little adventures you would have had to write a novel to complete all the detail.
Thanks all, brilliant as always 😉

    Hi Tim,
Sorry I didn’t make it , but as it was a much cooler start to the day, I didn’t think it fair for Tyler to sit on the river bank for a few hours while I played on the river. Really gutted I missed it but hey ho. Mile End Mill, sounds good.

    Cheers 😉

    Nice report Rich,
Well done to the magnificent 7 who ran Town Falls, great photo’s and video courtesy of Geoff.
Thanks to Rich D for the advice again, I tackled Serpents with a much slower approach which gave me time to view and decide on my actions my best run of Serpents so far.
Nice to see Rich P out again.
Weather was fabulous the usual great company, no injuries to Humans so we all came away safe.
    Cheers Guy’s 😉
