    cant remember the name of the river at 6 mins but ran it last year. walked out before the tunnel section with the river running too high. this year maybe. south wales somewhere.

    looks nice.
    they do seem to be spending alot of time upside down to swimming dont they.

    Good vid….I wish they put these vids at normal speed though….makes my eyes go all funny.

    I agree Chuck about bring lots of upside down time….there’s more rolls than in the Hovis factory!
