The Vyrnwy: Minimum level around 1.35 0n the EA gauge at Pont Robert but above 1.37 is better. Maximum level ?? Bill, Chucky and Ricki paddled it a couple of weeks ago on close to 1.9, the following week it was over 2.0 metres and in flood, well into the trees and dangerous.
The Banwy, only a couple of miles away was in flood, 2.3 on the EA gauge at Llanerfyll but could be paddled by competent paddlers and produced some really unexpected, big wave trains !!
