Calendar of regional courses – Autumn 2015
Hi folks, the following courses are being run by the West Midland volunteer coaching team this year.
5-6 Sept Whitewater Safety & Rescue course (WWS&R)
This will be run in N Wales. Cost will be £70 excluding accommodation and certification fees.
10-11 Oct 4 star Leader Open Canoe training course.
The venue for this is still to be arranged but is likely to be S. Wales. Cost will be £70 excluding accommodation.
18 Oct Foundation Safety & Rescue Training (FSRT)
This will be run in the Staffordshire area. Cost will be £35 excluding BCU fees.
24-25 Oct 4 star Leader Whitewater (kayak) training course.
The venue for this is still to be arranged but is likely to be N. Wales. Cost will be £70 excluding accommodation.
31 Oct – 3 star Touring training course
1 Nov This will be run as a 2 day training within (or just outside) the region. Cost will be £70 excluding accommodation and BCU certification fees.
7-8 Nov 3 star Open Canoe training course
This will be run as a 2 day training within (or just outside) the region. Cost will be £70 excluding accommodation and BCU certification fees.
8 Nov 3 star WW kayak Assessment
Cost will be £35 excluding BCU certification fees.
6 Dec 3 star Open Canoe Assessment
Cost will be £35 excluding BCU certification fees.
4 star touring, 4 star WW Kayak assessment, 4 star Open Canoe Assessment, MWE courses – We haven’t added these to the programme as we aren’t sure of the regional demand. We can certainly host them if required, so if you are interested then please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange something suitable for you.
