•Coaching the Mind – Thursday 15th October 2015, 6.30pm-9.30pm
•Fitness for Paddlesport – Tuesday 10th November 2015, 6.30pm-9.30pm
Intermediate Module
•Intermediate Paddle-Ability – Saturday 24th October, Holme Pierrepoint, Nottinghamshire. £60
Discipline Support Modules (DSM)

•Slalom DSM Part 2 – 12th&13th December 2015, Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham, £100

There is also a coach update day at Ironbridge Rowing Club on Sunday 13th September. There is a choice of three workshops in the morning and three in the afternoon. The cost is 20 quid.
