Severn Trust workshops for the Severn and Teme.

I have booked myself into the Severn Workshop on 26th Jan, but can any one get to the Teme Workshop. There may of little interest to us, or it could be an attemp by fishermen to stich up the Severn like they have done the Dee and Wye.

The Teme Partnership is hosting a public workshop about the Teme Catchment. Do you live, work or play within the catchment? Come and have your say about how we manage it, play in it, and live in it.

We want to explore how we can work together locally to better understand:
v Why is the Teme important for wildlife, people and the local economy?
v What can be improved to benefit local people, visitors, wildlife, water and business?
v What can we do together to make the Teme Catchment better?

The workshop is the ideal way to get your views across to decision makers to influence future plans, in particular the forthcoming River Basin Management Plan, about how we manage the entire catchment to the benefit of everyone.

Do you have an interest in flooding, water quality, angling, farming, walking, canoeing, wildlife, tourism, forestry, planning, green infrastructure, climate change, education or anything else? Then your say is important.

Worcestershire Middle Severn Workshop, Monday 26th January

The Worcestershire Middle Severn Partnership is hosting a public workshop about the Worcestershire Middle Severn Catchment. Do you live, work or play within the catchment? Come and have your say about how we manage it, play in it, and live in it.

The discussions will influence the River Severn from below Telford and as it flows in Worcester and all the rivers that flow into such as the River Stour, River Worfe, River Salwarpe and many more of the smaller tributaries.

Held on Monday 26th January 2015 at the Wyre Forest District Council, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF from 9.30am to 1pm
