I agree Nige. We don’t want anyone going out of sight and for 90% of the time it was spot on. Line of sight can be lost during a boat chase for example. I would like to see us repeat signals back to each other a bit more and spread out heading towards hazards. 9 is a lot to have on that river and the front to the back can easily become half a mile. It would have been difficult to split the group into a 5 and 4 yesterday but could have been an option. We are thinking about it more and that is really positive. We had a successful trip down a long, tricky stretch of water and had a couple of mishaps 400 yards from the finish. Well done to everyone. I really felt part of a team, who were focused, looking out for each other and provided support. We all feel happy here because we don’t take the piss out of swims, we don’t belittle people with derogatory nicknames, we don’t force people to run stuff. Lets keep it that way!
I wish that river was closer because Barry would tidy it up!
