    Here is Mark running the 8 metre drop on the Gamlan. Tim and Mike also paddled it. Great fun and well within most peoples capabilities……….just take a deep breath.

    Ive put some footage on youtube. Check out ‘The gamlan and the mawddach’ I used youtube video editor which chose the music!
