If Carlsberg made paddle trips, Behnaz would predict rain during the night and lovely Autumnal sunshine during the day…….and she did!
The Lugwy would be running high, creating bouncy waves, play features and sticky holes…..it was!
Forestry Falls would put a big smile on everyone’s face……it did!
The driving and shuttle service provided by Loz and Rich would be extremely slick…..and it was!
The coffee would be nice at Dobbies to finish off a great day in the sunshine!
And finally, Behnaz would be ready at my house to give me a massage……………….she wasn’t!

We had a great time on the river today running the section twice between Pont Coffin and Forestry Falls. We did a little bit working on hand signals and line of sight ready for the 4 star course. We played on features down the river and had a great time messing about on the water. Big thanks to Loz and Rich for driving, Dave for squeezing into the back of the van, John and Barry for being great company as always. Loved it! Tim

Summed it up nicely Tim. Brilliant day and lots of happy faces at the end. Great fun at Forestry falls much better level and far more interesting. Found waves, eddies and stoppers we didn’t know existed !!

Great day and I now know where I went wrong on the 2nd run thanks to Barry’s video, I should have followed him and not Rich who went for a bit of “Boofing” and “Rodeo” whilst I tried to “Head butt ” the rock. Something to think about the next time round.
