Upper Wye Poem 2nd November

The day starts off with bacon and egg Nigel baps,
We’re off to Llangurig, I’ll consult the maps.

Through the dingley dell we paddle fast,
The wind picks up no need for a mast.

“Was that letter box? ” Kee suggests,
“No” said Tim “It’s coming next!”

“It looks so different with a bit more water.”
“watch that rock Nige. I think you oughta”

Chasing a boat keeps Tim fit.
Rob tells the lads that he needs a shit!

Nige, Kee and Rob survived Tim’s test.
Remind me next time to wear a vest.

“What are you trying to do to us Tim?”
“Same again next week? Book me in!”
