    just a thought Tim i have always found C to be a great place to practice rolling in moving water, or even knightwick.
    The water is moving yet slightly messy and confused, but the longer your up side down the water is less confused and moving slower.
    There is plenty of space to pick up the kit without having a big boat chase.
    at Cardiff other people will help you.
